I get this error message when I try to open a local file. When I click on ‘Load from…’ and select open local file.

Hi,
that’s interesting. Can you access that directory using the file explorer?

Hi,

The solution that you offered worked. I got the same error for “My Pictures” & “My Videos” folders also, so I had to repeat the process for those. I haven’t had this issue before with Authpass on my PC. This happened after freshly installing Authpass on my laptop. Now the location “C:\Users\NITIN\Documents\My Music” has become accessible via File Explorer on my laptop but its not available on my PC, but I don’t get the same aforementioned error on my PC.
