I tried to search for a particular substring in all my entries of my database. But this does not work on my iOS version of AuthPass.
For example: In the “Notes” field of an entry I have “Hello123World”. When I search for “123” there is no hit.
It would be good if this could be corrected.

Same here. Hopefully, they will be able to fix this issue soon when doing a search in the Notes field. Right now, it won’t return anything.
fwiw, this has nothing to do with “substrings”.
Only title, url and username are currently used for searching.
FYI, I’ve now added an option which allows customizing the fields which will be searched. You can also use * for searching all fields. Or use something like Title,URL,UserName,Notes to add the notes field.
