I am not sure how to set up references: Field References - KeePass
Perhaps a GUI could be designed for this. Some sites use the same account for different websites (e.g. a forum, and a separate issue tracker).
PS: I saw that there is a tag from-app. Is that supposed to be form-app (windows form)?
