I am facing an issue with syncing my AuthPass data across multiple devices. I use AuthPass on my Android phone, an iPad, and a Windows PC, but the changes made on one device are not reflected on the others. This problem started recently and seems to happen sporadically, even though I’ve set up cloud sync through a supported service like Google Drive.
Initially, everything worked seamlessly. Whenever I added or updated a password on one device, it would almost instantly reflect on the others. Now, it appears that one or more devices stop syncing at random times, leaving the data inconsistent across my devices. Sometimes, I also notice error messages like “Sync Failed” or “Unable to Access Cloud Storage,” but they disappear quickly and don’t provide further details.
I’ve tried some troubleshooting steps, such as logging out and back into the cloud service, reinstalling AuthPass, checked AuthPass user documentation | AuthPass.app Password Manager MLOps and even manually forcing a sync. However, the problem persists. Is there a recommended way to ensure stable and reliable syncing across all my devices? Could this be a bug or a configuration issue I’m missing?
I’d appreciate any guidance or suggestions from the community to resolve this.
